As a startup founder and COO, he successfully scaled a high-growth tech company to over £3.2M in sales revenue to secure a place in the prestigious Silicon Valley Comes to the UK (SVC2UK) "50 Highest-Growth Startups in the UK 2020". This achievement was realised with less than £900K in external funding, a testament to his strategic vision, operational expertise, and relentless determination.

But success wasn’t without its challenges. Managing a turbulent leadership environment, including the chaos of the global pandemic and multiple high-stakes crises, Alan faced immense stress, anxiety, and personal financial risk. These experiences inspired him to develop a holistic approach to leadership and well-being, ensuring resilience and balance even in the most high-pressure situations.

Armed with an MBA and a Certificate in Global Leadership (Organisational Leadership) from a globally ranked business school, Alan now brings his extensive experience and insights to coaching.
